By fermenting the organic matter in an airtight container with EM-infused bran or sawdust, you create pre-compost that can later be buried in the soil or added to traditional compost piles. Bokashi composting is ideal for small spaces and has the added benefit of being able to accept meat, dairy products, and cooked foods that are typically excluded from other methods.
